The Product School’s The Product Podcast has over 400 episodes featuring product managers from top companies like Facebook, Uber and Slack. These interviews include everything from daily responsibilities and duties to larger tasks and trends so you can get a well-rounded look into these PMs.
It’s a great way to get a look into the habits and practices of successful product managers and see what you can utilize in your own work. What do they do that helps them stand out? What makes them more efficient? Furthermore, because they interview so many different people from various industries, it’s a great way to learn how product management can differ for different teams and organizations.
Mike Fishbein’s This is Product Management podcast talks about product management realistically. It doesn’t shy away from discussing the hard parts of the industry or any failures that may happen. The truth is that product management can be overwhelming, and Fishbein tries to give listeners the resources to get their footing in the industry by showing product management up-close and personal.

100 Product Managers is a great podcast series by Suzanne Abate. As you might guess, each episode features a different product manager or expert from various different industries; for example, she’s hosted people from Squarespace, Expedia and Netflix. It’s a great resource from anyone in a startup or enterprise; there’s something for everyone here.
With 100 PMs, you can find resources on everything in product management from hardware design to hiring team members and much more. Her website also has many different articles on these topics if you want even more information.
Our last podcast on this list, Rocketship.fm, is hosted by Michael Sacca and focuses on explaining best practices and tips for efficiency in the product world. You can find insights on various topics in project management, like funding and growth, but you can also find valuable information on marketing and sales. It’s a great resource for everyone from product managers to product developers and everyone in between.
