New Account Demo Data

For this month's product update, we'll be focusing on our addition of new account demo data.

Previously, when users created new accounts, features such as insights and stories would be empty. This is because no feedback had entered the accounts yet, and teams haven't began making product decisions. After listening to customer feedback on their onboarding process, we decied to make some improvements.

We understand that onboarding with new applications may be confusing at times for users, thus, UserVitals has created demo data that will appear in all new team accounts. Instead of the application being empty without any data such as insights and roadmap items, users can immediately get a glimpse of how data is organized.

Once logged in to a new account, admins can see examples of inbox messages, insights, stories, roadmap items, and contacts. Previously, these features were all empty upon account creation, and thus left room for confusion for our new users.

Now that we've added this demo data, it will help new users quickly understand how information is stored and how to interact with various features. This way, users won't need to wait for real customer insights to arrive before getting familizarized with the application.
