Widgets are a great way for your customers to interact with your product feedback loop without having to leave your application. We recently just added two new widgets to allow for more seamless feedback collection thus increasing engagement with your product roadmap. Let’s recap all the widgets offered on UserVitals below.

In addition to publishing changelogs through your customer portal hosted on UserVitals, embedding a changelog widget to your website is an intuitive way to allow new features to gain higher visibility. It also communicates to your users that your product is constantly evolving.
The changelog widget works by attaching itself to a button. Clicking the button will open the widget. We recommend placing the widget in a visible location on your website, as doing so allows more customers to view the most recent product updates. You can also enable SSO and customize the positioning and styling of the widget.
Add the customer portal widget to your application to collect feedback without friction. Your customers would no longer have to exit your application to leave feedback or vote on feature requests.
Same as the above, this widget is attached to a button. You can configure what status of roadmap items you wish to display, i.e. solely displaying requests under Planning to gather more feedback. Our widget also allows your customers to search, sort and filter feature requests within the widget. You can also enable SSO and customize the positioning and styling of the widget.
Try the customer portal widget
Adding a feedback widget to your application allows your team to collect feedback without friction, which is crucial to maintaining your customer feedback loop.
Feedback captured will be pushed to your UserVitals inbox with configured labels. The widget is highly customizable so you can tailor the messaging that best suits your business. The feedback widget also has multiple options for positioning and triggering, so you may configure it into a floating mode or expandable element based on your liking.
Finally, our widget also comes with an option to provide a securely encrypted JWT to identify your existing customers. Through the SSO option, UserVitals automatically identifies your known customers and simplifies your feedback collection process.
With much anticipation, UserVitals is delighted to introduce an export option for inbox messages, stories, and insights.
The feedback management process can be overwhelming, especially when insights are coming in from various sources. Making sense of customer feedback requires a thorough understanding of both qualitative and quantitative aspects of it. With this feature, you are now able to filter and export feedback for further offline analysis, equipping your team with a better understanding of your user segments and user needs.
You can apply any type of filter and generate an export of the data by clicking the download icon located at the top right corner of the admin portal. The file containing your exported data will be sent directly to your email. This information is useful for teams looking to export feedback for more advanced, offline analysis.
With the recent addition of our voting feature on the customer portal, we have extension export functionality to easily understand which users voted on your items. On the story detail page on the admin, you can now view all the votes and export them as well.
