Twist is a messaging platform built for teams much like Slack and Microsoft Teams, but with a few key differences. While Twist also uses channels and allows for reply threads, they prioritize organization to make it easy for you and your team to find information and better collaborate with each other. Some have billed it the "first true alternative" to Slack.
Twist is built by the same team that created Todoist, a task management platform beloved by many companies. It has a free trial (with access to messages within the last month), and an unlimited plan for $8/month per user.
Fleep is another messaging platform built to help teams collaborate and communicate on tasks. While many other similar chat platforms prioritize conversation, Fleep keeps the focus on work by adding a shared task board to every conversation so your team can keep track of what needs to be done and what's already been accomplished. Hemingway is a simplistic, easy-to-use text editor to help you get your product's message across better. When you paste in your text, it'll highlight any weak words you use, passive voice, and complex or long sentences. Over time, it'll even help you learn how to write better by teaching you how to correct yourself. We've even used it here at UserVitals to help us boost our blog copy.
The Hemingway Editor is free to use online, though a desktop version can also be purchased if you want to save your work in the editor itself.
Typeform is pretty much what it says on the tin: a platform for building dynamic forms and online surveys. It's one of the most popular tools out there today because it helps your surveys and forms feel more conversational through personal touches like video messages and chat bots.

Finally, we'd like to suggest our own SaaS product to you. UserVitals is an all-in-one feedback management tool to help you stay on top of customer feedback, concerns and issues and close the feedback loop in the process without wasting unnecessary time.
We pull in user feedback from around the web via a customer portal, integrations with platforms like Slack and Intercom, and a Google Chrome extension to help you view all this information in the same place. Each piece of information—referred to as an individual Insight—can then be organized and grouped into Stories based on everything from common themes, sources, their location within the customer journey, and much more. It's a powerful tool to have at your disposal.
Furthermore, UserVitals also helps you build and release a customize roadmap and changelog to keep your users up-to-date with all new updates and plans for the future. This is a great way to help you close the feedback loop with your customers and make them feel more involved in your product.
Though UserVitals does not have a specific free plan, we offer 14-day free trials on all our plans and 2 months free with any annual plan, as well as discounts for some early-stage startups, teams in healthcare and education, and non-profits upon request.
