What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single sign-on (SSO) allows customers to sign on to their applications with one set of credentials. It gives both users and employees secure, one-click access to their accounts and reduces the need to manage so many separate accounts and passwords.

In UserVitals, SSO provides a seamless feedback experience by automatically authenticating your users with their existing accounts.

Create a fast and easy sign-in process and also allow your team to automatically know which customer is giving you feedback. SSO allows you to connect your own internal authentication system directly with that of UserVitals's to know exactly who is giving you feedback or supporting an existing one.

Once you integrate UserVitals's SSO, your customers can submit feedback without logging in, thus reducing friction and improving their user experience.

If you're the admin of a UserVitals account, you can enable single sign-on (SSO) for your team.
