Private Feedback Links for Customers

In the UserVitals admin portal, there is a share button that creates a magic link for a particular customer, allowing them to directly access a Story detail page in the customer portal.

This feature will be highly useful if you:

1. Have a private feedback board
2. Have a story that is “Unlisted”
3. Want to gather insights from a particular customer via the portal for that story.

Also, for your customers, they now have an easy way to access a specific Story to provide more detail on their use case and the importance of their request.

✨ To generate a magic link for a customer:

1. Go to the “Stories” tab in the admin portal

2. Select a Story and click the “Share” button at the top right. Then, search for an existing contact or create a new contact.

3. After clicking “Copy Magic Link”, the link will be copied to your clipboard and you can now send it to the chosen customer contact
