UserVitals has three different plans: Essentials, Growth, and Scale. Which is the best for your team and product?

1. Essentials

The UserVitals Essentials plan costs $50/month and is the most basic plan we offer. The Essentials plan is best for you to get started organizing your feedback loop.

What's Included?

Included in the Essentials plan are 3 collaborators and 300 tracked users. However, you can purchase up to 9 additional collaborator seats for $10/month and an additional 100 tracked users for $15. Collaborators are allowed full access to edit, update, add, create and prioritize feature ideas, insights, and update the road map. Tracked users are anyone who has captured a piece of feedback.

Users on the Essentials plan get access to key features such as insights, roadmap, changelog, widgets, and integrations.

Users on the Essentials plan have access to the UserVitals customer portal. Users can use the portal to collect customer feedback and publish to uservitalshq.com. They also will have the ability to connect a custom domain to their customer portal so it is easy for their customers to access it. Users also have access to the changelog and changelog widget so they can easily share product updates with their customers.

With the Essentials plan, users get access to key integrations such as the UserVitals Chrome Extension, Zapier, and Slack.

2. Growth

The UserVitals Growth plan costs $129/month and is the next step up from the Essentials plan. The Growth plan is best to grow your team's product feedback and collaboration process

What's Included?

Included in the Growth plan are 10 collaborators and 1000 tracked users. However, you can purchase additional collaborator seats for $15/month and an additional 1000 tracked users for $100.

In addition to the features from the Essentials plan, the Growth plan also gives you access to more integrations, a private roadmap, inbox messages, personas, and custom attributes. With inbox messages, users can capture open-ended feedback to the inbox which can be later reviewed and converted into insights and organized into a story.

The Growth plan also gives users access to more integratons such as, Intercom, Help Scout, and Linear.

3. Scale

The UserVitals Scale plan costs $300/month and is the highest plan available. The Scale plan is best to scale and optimize your product feedback process.

What's Included?

Included in the Scale plan are 25 collaborators and 5000 tracked users. However, you can purchase additional collaborator seats for $15/month and an additional 1000 tracked users for $100.

In addition to the features from the Growth plan, the Scale plan gives you access to Single Sign-On, a shared slack channel, and removes all UserVitals branding.
