UserVitals collects insights instead of just upvotes in order to help you make smart and effective product decisions. You should collect product feedback in order to gain insight about what customers like, don't like and feel is missing regarding your product. Having this product feedback is crucial information that you will need when making product improvements and updates.
You can collect product feedback through insights that customers submit or you create through customers' input and feedback. Our Google Chrome extension is a great way to not only collect customer insights or comments from any webpage but also organize them and have them appear on your UserVitals portal. You can also collect product feedback from our various integrations such as Slack, Intercom and Help Scout. Your admin dashboard is also a great way to add insights. From the dashboard, you can see all the insights and make new ones, on the main page, the insights tab or even the stories tab. Customers can also directly submit feedback through the customer portal. This is how you will collect and organize the feedback you receive.
